How To Become A SUPERB Leader
1. Strengthening; sustainable system:
Determining how meaningfully, someone serves, in any position of leadership, can only be determined, when one examines, thoroughly, whether his stewardship, proceeds in, and produces, a strengthening experience! A leader's goal must be, to leave his organization, stronger, as a result of his leadership, than he found it, when he began! Superb leaders, also, realize and recognize, it's not about placing some band - aid, on some currently perceived, hemorrhage, but, rather his actions, lead to the conception, creation, development, and implementation, of a relevant, quality, meaningful, sustainable system!
2. Useful; unique:
While there is no doubt, there is a need for a leader, to be truly, useful, and relevant, there is, also, a significance, to doing things, in a useful, motivating, meaningful manner!3. Priorities; planning; process:
How will you determine your goals and priorities? The thoroughness, and quality of one's leadership planning, often determines, the eventual effectiveness of your plans and actions! Carefully, examine the process, you use, in everything you proceed, to do!4, Empathy; excellence; earn respect:
Never forget, a true leaders serves those he represents, and not his personal agenda, and/ or self - interest! Don't settle for good - enough, but seek excellence, in every pursuit and action! Remember, superb leaders earn respect, based on their priorities, service, attitude and action, and that it never comes, merely, from holding some position! It must be earned, because it is usually, not, automatically granted!5. Relevant; reliable; realistic:
Are you focused on the most relevant, and reliable pursuits, needs, goals and priorities, in a meaningful, realistic manner?6. Benefits; beliefs:
One achieves the level of superb leadership, based on his beliefs, and the benefits, he delivers!Are you ready, willing, able, and prepared, to providing SUPERB leadership? Many say they are, but the few, who do, provide incredible service, to those they represent!
